Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and produce complex mechanical assemblies using various techniques and tools.
  • Read and understand technical drawings and specifications to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve production targets and deadlines.
  • Adhere to regulatory standards, customer specifications, and health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fitting and assembly.
  • Recognized industry-related apprenticeship or NVQ 3 or City and Guilds 3 qualification.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
