About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at the Slieve Donard Resort and Spa. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality food preparation and presentation in line with our culinary standards.
  • Ensure efficient kitchen operations, including stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
  • Train and coach junior team members to develop their skills and provide excellent service.
  • Maintain effective communication and relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure a safe and secure kitchen environment, adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressurized environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-quality culinary operation.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Food Preparation and Cooking.
  • Current Food Hygiene Certificate.
