About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Architect to join our team at La Fosse. As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing enterprise security architecture roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining enterprise security architecture roadmaps to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.
  • Defining and implementing IT governance frameworks, security architectural principles, policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Coaching and mentoring other architects and IT teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to implement security best practices.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks and threats.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest security technologies and trends, and making recommendations for implementation and integration.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing enterprise security architecture roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, security architectural principles, policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate security risks and threats.
  • Experience working with Microsoft stack technologies.
