Job Description

**Job Title:** Community Payback Supervisor

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Payback Supervisor to join our team at Service Care Solutions. As a Community Payback Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising service users who are undertaking unpaid work in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Pre-Placement Unpaid Work Induction sessions to ensure service users understand their responsibilities and expectations.
  • Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed, and risk assessments are completed accurately and on time.
  • Supervise service users to ensure they complete their assigned work in a disciplined and well-behaved manner.
  • Monitor attendance and promote successful completions of service users allocated to agency placements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service users, including information on their progress and any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to supervise people constructively while maintaining authority.
  • Evidence of problem-solving within a workplace or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of safety at work, public protection, and risk of harm in all aspects of work.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of First Aid and willingness to undertake further training.
  • Driving Licence.
