Job Summary:

The Muse contributes to achieving store goals in sales, productivity, and service by utilizing Kate Spade selling skills, and Kate Spade Service training.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet Sales Goals: Consistently achieve sales goals and contribute to the store's overall sales performance.
  2. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver service that meets or exceeds expectations and ensure customers' needs are consistently exceeded.
  3. Represent the Brand: Act as an ambassador of the Kate Spade brand and represent the company's values and mission.
  4. Collaborate with the Team: Participate as a team member and encourage the team to meet and exceed performance standards.
  5. Develop Sales Skills: Utilize Kate Spade selling skills and Kate Spade Service training to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
