Are you an experienced Asset Supervisor with expertise in real estate management, seeking to join a reputable and established firm that provides comprehensive training and opportunities for advancement into Senior Management and Executive positions?

This organization is a prominent real estate consultancy serving the South-West region and is currently expanding its Exeter division with a skilled Asset Supervisor / Real Estate Consultant.

In this diverse and engaging position, you will operate from the Exeter office three days a week, with two days working remotely, while conducting weekly site visits to engage with clients, manage maintenance projects, oversee rental collections, and perform property evaluations. A travel allowance will be provided for commuting to the office and site visits, covering the Exeter and South Devon areas.

This multifaceted role is ideal for an Asset Supervisor with a background in real estate management, eager to join a well-respected firm that offers substantial annual bonuses, hands-on training, and a clear path to Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of commercial properties within a designated area
  • Conduct property evaluations and coordinate scheduled and emergency maintenance
  • Manage rental transactions and follow up as needed
  • Facilitate VAT submissions and insurance arrangements

Candidate Profile:
