Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in our Bromsgrove store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including managing a team of sales associates, maintaining a high level of customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
