Massenhove Recruitment is seeking a skilled Fraud Intelligence Analyst to join our team. As a Fraud Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying and analyzing claims to detect potential fraudulent activity.

• Analyze claims files and provide reports to clients and file handlers on the outcome of the analysis.
• Use desktop systems and analytical techniques to research and locate relevant information that will validate or rule out concerns and detect potentially fraudulent information.
• Compile reports/profiles on individuals and groups involved in suspected fraudulent activity.
• Prepare witness evidence, including statements, to adduce the results of analysis in court proceedings.
• Utilize IT software applications at an advanced level to produce proactive intelligence reports.
• Deliver structured and detailed briefings to lawyers and clients on all key facts relating to specific investigations.
• Prepare reports detailing intelligence-led fraud risk assessments in relation to insurance fraud and fraud ring investigations.

• Experience within motor fraud.
• Understanding of the legal framework within which intelligence can be disclosed.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good telephone manner.
• Confidence and ability to liaise with clients/customers when presenting a reasoned, logical argument.
