Job Summary:
We are seeking a Process Specialist - Parts to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of processes and procedures within the Parts and Operations teams. This role will involve working closely with the SHEQ team, Customer Service team, and wider Operational business to ensure the effective use of processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of processes and procedures within the Parts and Operations teams
- Work closely with the SHEQ team, Customer Service team, and wider Operational business to ensure the effective use of processes and procedures
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as necessary
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
- Provide training and support to colleagues on process-related matters
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Sound understanding of process and process improvement
- Process champion to document, train, and evolve processes
- Audit experience would be advantageous
- Ability to train in person and remotely
