Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Implementation and Training Team Lead to join our team at Bakkavor. As a key member of our Engineering Section, you will be responsible for leading project implementation and training initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project implementation and training initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project implementation and training leadership roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the food manufacturing industry.
