About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Edenred. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will be responsible for leading the planning, shaping, and delivery of all aspects of functional and non-functional testing within our development teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work with Agile development teams to deliver high-quality software builds
  2. Collaborate with Release Engineers to plan, manage, and report on regression testing
  3. Contribute to the development of testing methodologies and techniques to ensure the quality of our software
  4. Identify areas for improvement in our quality assurance processes and drive remediation efforts
  5. Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices
  6. Develop and maintain knowledge sharing initiatives across teams
  7. Work closely with stakeholders to define and deliver quality releases to our customers
  8. Line manage a team of permanent Quality Assurance Engineers

Requirements

  • Significant commercial experience in testing enterprise-level systems
  • Experience with one or more of the following: TDD and BDD tools, CICD, data creation and curation, DevOps practices, ISTQB Foundation
  • Experience with Java, automation frameworks, SQL, Linux/Unix, Jenkins, Jira & Confluence, API and web services, XML/JSON, working with large databases
  • Knowledge of tools such as SVN, Bitbucket, Ant, Maven, Tomcat, Apache, Postman
