Your New Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Specialist to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting clients with both personal and corporate tax aspects, managing tax compliance, and undertaking tax planning work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a personal tax portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely tax compliance
- Provide tax planning advice to clients, identifying opportunities for tax savings and optimization
- Work with colleagues and clients on tax advisory matters related to owner-managed businesses, including tax structuring, succession planning, and due diligence
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their tax needs and providing tailored solutions
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications, such as ATT, ACCA, or ACA, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
- Experience in managing personal tax matters, with a desire to develop corporate tax expertise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
- A willingness to continue studying towards CTA qualifications, with support provided by the company
