Claims Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Claims Management Consultant to join our team at Canada Life UK. As a Claims Management Consultant, you will play a critical role in assessing and validating health claims associated with individual and corporate insurance products.
Key Responsibilities- Independently set up claims to accurately reflect the financial liability, ensuring only valid claims are paid in accordance with the insured risk.
- Ensure escalation controls and checking procedures are followed for high benefit claims that exceed financial retention limits or personal authority levels.
- Follow company procedures to accurately check eligibility of claimants, ensuring only those with a valid financial entitlement receive payment.
