About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Portfolio Management Associate to join our team at Arrow Global Group. As a key member of our Portfolio Management team, you will play a critical role in optimizing investment performance at an asset level within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investment Analysis: Assist in producing detailed analysis and cash flow modeling to measure performance, supporting regular portfolio reviews and driving investment strategy.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal colleagues across the Arrow Group and platforms to support operational activities aimed at increasing asset optimization.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in gathering data from multiple sources to assess performance and risks of assets in the fund, contributing insights into asset-level valuation processes, including cash flow forecasting.
  • Market Research: Provide detailed analysis on market trends, economic indicators, and industry dynamics to assess their potential impact on deals and investments.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with investment decision-making governance processes to optimize investment returns and ensure regulatory compliance and internal policy adherence.
  • Communication: Share relevant insights on market trends, economic indicators, and industry dynamics with the team.
  • Relationship Building: Help build relationships with Arrow's local asset management teams, servicing platforms, partners, and third parties to support due diligence and business plan preparation, ensuring compliance with accounting, treasury, tax, legal, and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policy.
  • Risk Assessment: Gain understanding of local credit and real estate market risks associated with potential investments and contribute to strategy development.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience gained with Financial Services, Investment or Asset Management. Economics, or related field desirable.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review and develop investment cash flow forecasting models. Working knowledge of at least one alternate investment asset class, including Lending, Real Estate and Credit.
  • Education: Good grasp of investment decision-making processes, governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, additional European Language skills advantageous however, not essential.
  • Tools: Familiarity with investment analysis tools and software.
