Financial Leadership Director

About the Role
The Finance and Operations Director will play a crucial part in elevating finance within Greenpeace UK, working closely with the senior management team and board as a strategic partner. This role will focus on developing the organisation's capacity for innovative financial management, governance, risk management, and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management initiatives to encourage understanding and inclusion.
- Oversee changes or updates to organisational systems, structures, and design, including risk management, finance, and governance.
- Commit to the values of Allyship and understand social movements, with ideas on how organisations like Greenpeace can effectively participate in and enable them.
Requirements
- Experience in devising and implementing change management initiatives.
- Experience in overseeing changes or updates to organisational systems, structures, and design.
- Commitment to the values of Allyship and understanding of social movements.
Working with Greenpeace UK
