Dragonfly People is seeking an experienced Senior Credit Risk Manager to lead our Second Line Credit Risk function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of credit risk across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement credit risk strategies to mitigate potential losses
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure effective risk management practices
  • Provide expert advice on credit risk matters to support business decisions
  • Monitor and report on credit risk performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of credit risk management principles and regulatory requirements
  • Proven experience in credit risk management, preferably in the credit card space
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau
  • Experience with Python/R programming languages
