Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter to join our team at The Fish Shop. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
  • Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Upsell and recommend menu items, wine, and other beverages to enhance the guest experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
