Job Summary:

Huntress Search Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the administrative support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees who undertake business travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the invoice process for travel expenses, including managing outstanding invoice reports, chasing outstanding documents, and cross-referencing for discrepancies.
  • Assist the team with coordinating payments and supporting documentation and administration around insurance claims.
  • Conduct manual monitoring of travel to high-risk locations, assisting with securing ground transportation and supporting vendor management activities.
  • Coordinate with consultants to ensure accurate completion of risk assessments before departure and manually enter all travel details into the system.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience arranging travel for a large organization.
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
