SSA Recruitment is seeking multiple Construction Site Coordinators to oversee various projects in the Midlands region.
As a vital member of the project management team, you will drive ongoing enhancements to guarantee that the contract is executed safely, punctually, and within financial constraints, while meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities- Analyze and extract construction details from blueprints and specifications, effectively communicating this information to subcontractors, supervisors, and the workforce.
- Provide precise dimensional control for designated sections of the project.
- Raise technical inquiries with designers and other members of the client team.
- Possess a solid understanding of temporary works and necessary permits.
- Conduct relevant inspections and testing to ensure compliance with design and specifications.
- Ensure all activities adhere to quality, safety, and environmental policies, as well as company and project procedures.
- Manage and supervise on-site resources efficiently.
- Demonstrate a strong commercial awareness, recognizing key cost and value drivers while promoting efficient resource utilization.
- Monitor project timelines, contribute to weekly progress reports, and maintain all pertinent records.
- Support the commercial team with contract management tasks.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Possession of a CSCS card in the relevant discipline, with a preference for CITB SMSTS/SSSTS certification.
- Valid Full Driving License.
- Prior experience as a Construction Site Coordinator on civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Professional demeanor and conduct.
- Adaptability to varying work hours and locations as required.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities aligned with project needs.
