About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead our Supply Chain Planning team at Teva Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving planning excellence and ensuring high adherence results for demand, production, and supply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet manufacturing and packing plans, while ensuring optimal inventory management.
  • Lead the creation of optimal end-to-end plans from customer demand through packaging and production plans and associated MRP.
  • Release and shipping plans from Runcorn to deliver on-time-in-full (OTIF) and customer service level (CSL) performance from the site to market customer.
Requirements
  • Relevant leadership experience in a production environment, preferably pharmaceutical, chemical, or food environment.
  • Experience in managing large-scale change and Continuous Improvement initiatives through people.
  • Good understanding of business, S&OP, production scheduling, and total business operations.
  • Significant experience using SAP/APO and managing risk management - business/EHS/quality assessments and mitigation plans.
