Senior Estimator Opportunity

A leading contractor in the construction industry is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team in Fleet, Hampshire.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in estimating for Design and Build works, with a strong understanding of pricing and bidding for Housing Association and Residential Provider schemes.

The company undertakes a range of construction projects throughout the Thames Valley, Surrey, and South London areas, and is looking for an estimator who can work autonomously and provide accurate estimates for their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimating for Design and Build works
