Job Summary:

Pembrook Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Advisor to join their team in the aftersales department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the service process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with customers and provide personalized service to meet their needs.
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales of technician labor and products, and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  • Book customer vehicles for servicing, prioritizing labor utilization and efficiency.
  • Arrange alternative transportation for customers and coordinate with drivers to ensure seamless service.
  • Manage and follow up on all work in progress, communicating regularly with customers and the Workshop Controller to meet agreed-upon timeframes.
  • Ensure customers understand service charges and work completed, and provide technical support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a service role, preferably in an aftersales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with proficiency in computer systems and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
