About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Operose Health. As a Prescribing Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in delivering safe and effective patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prescribe medications and provide clinical advice to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct online and telephone clinical triage to assess patient needs and provide guidance.
  • Manage minor illnesses and provide long-term condition advice.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Drive innovation and modernization in clinical practice.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Independent prescribing qualification.
  • Ability to apply effective clinical judgment in prioritization and decision-making.
  • Previous general practice experience is desirable.
