Financial Accounts Coordinator

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team, contributing to our dynamic
small business accounting and VAT division.
This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, primarily focusing on bookkeeping and VAT tasks for our clients, alongside the preparation of accounts and tax returns for a varied clientele including sole traders, partnerships, and small limited companies.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records
  • Preparing VAT Returns
  • Compiling financial statements
  • Calculating personal and corporate tax obligations
  • Completing Self Assessment and Company Tax Returns

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Experience within an accounting firm
  • Strong skills in bookkeeping and financial statement preparation
  • Knowledge of tax return preparation
  • Proficiency in IT, including Excel and Word, as well as familiarity with SAGE, QuickBooks, or Xero
  • AAT qualification or relevant experience in a similar capacity
