Regional Manager - East Anglia

As the Regional Manager, you will oversee all food services within our Instore cafes, ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering business performance in a commercial manner. You will be responsible for managing relationships with multiple site-based clients, leading a team of unit managers, and maintaining rigorous quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of unit managers to deliver exceptional food services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring contract compliance and exceeding client expectations.
  • Maintain quality control standards, ensuring Compass and brand standards are met, and compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and support your team, recognizing training needs and potential.
  • Manage labour and controllable costs within all units.
  • Deliver profitability within the units, with a commercial mindset.
Essential Skills:
  • 2+ Years experience at a senior level as an Area/Regional manager, leading operational teams to deliver results.
  • Previous multi-site catering background with P&L responsibility.
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Experience of working within brand guidelines to deliver results.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
