Job Title: HR Business Partner - Global Marketing and Technology Solutions

MSD is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Animal Health Global Marketing and Technology Solutions (GMTS) team. As a key member of the GMTS Leadership Team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the Vice President, GMTS, and his/her leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute talent plans to support business strategy and drive organizational capabilities.
  • Contribute to business strategy and help leaders identify and prioritize organizational capabilities, behaviors, teams, and processes.
  • Provide strategic HR and executive coaching to senior leaders and their teams.
  • Support divisional M&A initiatives, including pre-deal due diligence and post-deal close integration.
  • Provide competitive intelligence to enable the business to attract, develop, and retain strong talent.
  • Coach and develop a team of HRBPs to foster a high-performing HR team.
  • Engage with HR Centers of Excellence to develop and execute solutions that enable the division's talent strategy.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 12 years' experience as an HR Business Partner, in an HR COE, or relevant applicable experience.
Preferred Competencies:
  • Demonstrated experience in organization development, such as organization design, change management, and workforce planning.
  • HR responsibility for a global organization.
  • Experience supporting R&D technology and/or Animal Health customers.
  • Experience leading talent aspects of organization transformation.
  • Knowledge of the animal health business/industry or demonstrated learning agility and passion for the business.
