NJR Recruitment is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Merchandiser to join a leading multi-channel retailer based in South Manchester. As an Ecommerce Merchandiser, you will play a key role in the effective management of our client's websites and App, driving sales and revenue growth through data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities- Trading: Own agreed website departments and visually merchandise all relevant product categories, homepage categories, and ongoing collection categories in line with seasonal trading calendars and marketing plans.
- Review and Analysis: Review key lines and bestselling products weekly to ensure opportunities are maximized and products have good visibility throughout the website and on digital marketing channels.
- Product Optimization: Review slow-selling products with Stock Merchandising and agree with the Ecommerce Merchandising Lead on appropriate actions to improve sales.
- Website Content: Decide on product selects for online content, including homepages, inspirations, navigation, and landing pages, in line with the seasonal plan created with the Ecommerce Merchandising Lead.
- Email and Reporting: Select priority products, themes, and category stories for UK and IRE territories to inform Digital CRM broadcast calendars and oversee the setup of associated product collections in line with broadcast dates.
- Strong experience in a marketing or merchandise environment, specifically ecommerce is advantageous.
- Fashion and product experience or knowledge is advantageous.
- Great eye for detail.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
