We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our reputable residential property team at HCB Widdows Mason Limited. If you have a strong background in conveyancing and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
  • Conduct thorough property searches and investigations to identify potential issues and mitigate risks.
  • Review and draft contracts, leases, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Provide regular updates and advice to clients, keeping them informed of progress and any changes to the transaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to resolve any issues or concerns, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Attend and represent clients at property settlements and court hearings as required, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.
  • Experience of Limited Company Transactions would be advantageous, as it would enable you to provide additional value to clients and expand your skill set.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a qualified Conveyancer, with a strong understanding of property law and conveyancing processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in case management systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Membership with the Law Society or other relevant professional bodies, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
