Early Years Tutor Opportunity

Newcastle City Learning is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Tutor to join their Employer-Led and Apprenticeship team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with learners aged 16 and over who are employed in early years settings, delivering a range of qualifications and apprenticeship standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver face-to-face learning in a classroom environment, conduct workplace visits, and provide online tutorials.
  • Develop curriculum that meets the needs of individual learners and their employers.
  • Assess and teach qualifications, with the opportunity to work towards assessing and teaching qualifications.
  • Work across multiple locations within the city, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Hold occupational competence and qualifications related to the specialism, with a minimum of Level 3 or above.
Requirements

Applicants should have knowledge and experience of delivering apprenticeship standards and/or vocational qualifications in Early Years, with a passion for enabling learners to progress and reach their full potential.
