As a key member of our operations management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, production, and cleanliness in our kitchen and back-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee food production and preparation to meet Golden Corral's quality and safety standards.
  • Manage the back-of-the-house operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and equipment maintenance.
  • Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to achieve exceptional results and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Hospitality Manager to ensure seamless restaurant operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food quality, reduce waste, and increase efficiency in the kitchen.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a high-volume, casual dining or family-style restaurant, with a strong track record of success in kitchen management.
  • Education and training in business or hospitality, with a focus on food service management.
  • Successful completion of Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
  • Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
