Warehouse Associate

We are seeking reliable and efficient Temporary Warehouse Operatives to support our team at First Base. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management and order fulfillment processes.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, adhering to quality control checks.
• Operate warehouse equipment with confidence and follow safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to a productive and safe environment.
• Assist with stock control and inventory management, ensuring accurate records and minimal discrepancies.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently when necessary.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends, if required.
