About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Strategist to join our team. As a strategic partner to leaders in global health, you will assimilate clinical and commercial context to define where there is an opportunity for a healthcare brand to differentiate. This requires an artful marrying of medical know-how with commercial and brand savvy.

Responsibilities
  • Act as an ideas catalyst within the agency, supporting our creative teams to land ideas that drive commercial success and deliver stronger returns.
  • Work with clients to problem solve brand problems and develop strategies that lead to brand success.
  • Team up with the strategy director and client leadership teams to steer strategy and ensure everything is scientifically accurate and compliant.
  • Formulate the agency view on a particular challenge and sell it to the internal creative team and client.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in a similar role or 4+ years in pharmaceuticals/life sciences consulting.
  • Degree in a scientific or medical discipline.
  • Excellent at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
