We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our dedicated team at a prestigious commercial facility in Cheshire. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering technical planned and reactive maintenance across building services plant, lighting, and emergency lighting systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, with experience in PPM and reactive maintenance works, plant room experience, and fixed wire testing qualifications. You will be client-facing and able to work effectively with the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are risk-assessed and completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver technical planned and reactive maintenance across building services plant, lighting, and emergency lighting systems
- Perform PPM and reactive maintenance works, including lifecycle repairs and electrical small works
- Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) and identify areas for improvement and energy reduction
- Diagnose faults effectively and make good whenever possible
- Overlap with Mechanical, HVAC, and fabric teams as needed
- Qualified Electrician (Level 3 or Part 1&2)
- Experience of PPM and reactive maintenance works
- Plant room experience
- Fixed wire testing qualified and experience
- 18th edition
- Client-facing
