Job Summary
We are seeking two experienced Counselling Service Managers to join our team at NFP People. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the provision of high-quality, specialist services to victims of sexual violence.
About the Role
The Counselling Service Manager will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, and development of clinical staff and volunteers. This will include providing direct line management, demonstrating well-developed leadership skills, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the provision of specialist services to victims of sexual violence
- Lead and manage a team of clinical staff and volunteers
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals
Requirements
- Post Graduate Diploma in Counselling or Psychotherapy
- Accredited status with BACP, NCS, or other equivalent body
- 750 hours post-qualification practice
- Minimum of three years' experience working in adult or children's services
- Minimum of two years' experience undertaking therapeutic assessments
- Valid driving license
