Position Overview
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will oversee the payroll processing for Fugro GB (North) Marine Limited on a monthly basis. This role requires close collaboration with the payroll provider, business units, and the Human Resources Department to ensure compliance with payroll policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate calculation of employee wages and salaries, ensuring adherence to diverse payroll procedures.
- Management of payroll timelines and internal deadlines.
- Resolution of employee payroll inquiries.
- Maintenance of payroll records and files.
- Administration of salary sacrifice schemes.
- Oversight of float and salary advance information.
- Management of the P11D/PSA process.
- Administration of pension scheme memberships.
- Creation and maintenance of journal entries.
- Reconciliation of wage accounts.
- Administration of employee recharges.
- Distribution of balance statements for Guaranteed Earnings to employees and relevant management.
Candidate Profile:
While an AAT qualification is preferred, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing payroll for approximately 500 employees with various allowance structures.
