Senior/Principal and Associate Level Engineering Geologist/Geotechnical Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Principal and/or Associate Level Engineering Geologist/Geotechnical Engineer to join our London office. The successful candidate will play a key role in the team, responsible for the continued development of junior staff, client base, and management of geo-environmental workload across the south.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide robust technical expertise and exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions for a range of sectors, including road and rail, industrial, residential, commercial, and leisure developments.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, including structural, civil, and transportation engineers, to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams.
  • Contribute to business development and marketing efforts.
Requirements
  • Chartered or near-chartered status in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience in undertaking, scoping, and reviewing Preliminary Risk Assessments and Intrusive Ground investigations.
  • Strong understanding of contaminated land legislation and planning regime.
  • Excellent interpretative report writing and reviewing skills.
  • Ability to prepare, review, and/or authorise competent Ground Investigation Reports and Geotechnical Design Reports.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite and relevant geotechnical software.
