At Jo Malone London, we're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales Advisor. As a fragrance connoisseur, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the world of luxury fragrances, while providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable in-store experiences.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who is passionate about fragrance, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized customer service and creating a unique in-store experience for each customer
  • Developing your knowledge of luxury fragrances and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and products
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Contributing to the creation of engaging in-store events and visual merchandising displays
