Your Role
Belfast Central Mission (BCM) is a distinguished charity recognized for its social care initiatives and community enterprises throughout Northern Ireland. With a dedicated team of over 300 staff and volunteers, we provide essential services to assist individuals in need.

Tafelta Rise offers supported accommodation for thirteen at-risk young individuals aged 16-21 for a duration of up to two years.

These young individuals, who may be transitioning from care or facing homelessness, receive guidance in their pursuit of suitable housing tailored to their unique circumstances, alongside practical and emotional support.

Some residents may come to our facilities with intricate backgrounds that may involve self-harm, trauma, social isolation, financial hardship, challenges in building relationships or trust, and may display behaviors linked to their past experiences.

A minimum of one year’s experience in supporting groups and/or individuals in either a paid or voluntary role.
