We have been instructed by a manufacturing client to support in the recruitment of a CNC Setter / Operator.

You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machines in the machine shop to support the manufacture of components for the business.

The successful candidate will have experience of using a Lathe.

Shift patterns are: morning, afternoon, or night shifts.

Responsibilities:

- Setting and operating CNC mills (Fanuc, Siemens, HAAS)

- Carrying out daily quality checks using measuring equipment (verniers, micrometres, gauges)

- Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with work instructions

Requirements:

- Experience of CNC turning

- Ability to read technical drawings

- Attention to detail

Key Skills:

- Proficiency in CNC programming

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently
