Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team at Oliver Bernard. As a key member of our engineering squad, you will be responsible for leading the development of our main product and fostering a culture of engineering excellence.

About the Role

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a squad of 4-6 engineers responsible for our main product
  • Working closely with a Product Manager and Designer to ensure the successful delivery of our product
  • Developing and maintaining our product's technical architecture
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Fullstack Engineer, with a strong background in line management
  • Experience with our stack: TypeScript, React Frontend, Node, Express Backend, and AWS
  • A passion for working in an early-stage start-up and a willingness to take ownership of our product
