- Compliance and Safety: Uphold the company's standards for Environment, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality, staying informed on relevant procedures and legislation.

- Investigative Analysis: Conduct technical investigations and prepare reports to support modifications and design reviews.
- Modification Implementation: Execute modifications as directed by management.
- Work Planning: Plan and prioritize tasks for yourself and others, managing complex work effectively.
- Technical Decision-Making: Make informed technical decisions across various disciplines.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect and ensure the quality of work meets specified standards.
- Training and Mentorship: Mentor less experienced staff in problem-solving and task execution.
- Security Clearance at DV level is preferred; SC level may be considered.
- Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship with NVQ/Diploma Level 3 or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across multiple disciplines.
- Basic computer skills for relevant business systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of building services and processes.
- Competitive hourly rate.
- Contract duration with potential for extension.
- Work schedule from Monday to Thursday.
