About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team at Centrick. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of developments in Worcester and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of buildings, including setting initial yearly budgets and agreeing year-end accounts.
- Manage all major works, including coordinating contractors and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and clients, managing all resident and client enquiries.
- Attend resident meetings and conduct regular site inspections.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar property management role, with the ability to form excellent professional relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents and clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work quickly and accurately on IT systems.
- Professional property qualification, such as a MTPI qualification.
