We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Wealth Planning Administrator to join our team at mbf. in London. As a key member of our Wealth Management team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional administrative support to our Wealth Planners, ensuring compliance with company processes and delivering outstanding client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to Wealth Planners, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage client interactions, including scheduling meetings, coordinating central services, and preparing necessary paperwork.
  • Collaborate with the paraplanning team to efficiently submit cases and maintain impeccable accuracy in meeting documentation standards.
  • Address finance queries, including invoices, billing, WIP, and commissions, and demonstrate flexibility in supporting various key partners/stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Financial Planning process.
  • Knowledge of Financial Planning products and systems, including XPlan and Voyant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Regulatory Awareness/Compliance: Understanding and adherence to Regulatory and Compliance requirements.
Core Competencies:
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective planning and prioritization skills.
  • FCA Conduct Rules: Demonstrate integrity, due skill, care, and diligence, and be open and cooperative with regulators.
