Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Torque Consulting. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and validating designs for new and existing products from concept through to production.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, with experience in using Solidworks and other 3D CAD software. You will be working on a variety of projects, including product development, prototyping, and design validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new products and product lines
  • Validate designs through simulation and testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets business requirements
  • Develop and maintain design documentation and standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of mechanical design experience
