Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking two experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistants to join our Early Years team. As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the EYFS curriculum in a nurturing and educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of the EYFS curriculum in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our children.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and a smooth learning experience.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (Grade C or above).
  • Experience working in an EYFS setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
