Main Responsibilities- Participant Care and Management
- Develop and implement effective strategies for screening, recruiting, and consenting participants for clinical trials.

- Collect and manage research data with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Essential Qualifications
- Registered Nurse/Midwife/AHP
- Evidence of recent Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
- ICH Good Clinical Practice
- Minimum of 1-2 years' post-registration experience in an acute setting
- Understanding of professional nursing issues
- Understanding of clinical governance and its requirements, especially with regards to risk management
- Demonstrate an understanding of confidentiality
- Understanding of Research Governance
- Evidence of ability to practice as a competent, autonomous practitioner
- Evidence of ability to work as part of a supportive team
- Evidence of ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, patients, and visitors
- Evidence of ability to manage time effectively
- Ability to collect research data
- Computer literate
