Morgan Ryder is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Export Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of our European distribution channels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative sales strategies to break into new markets and achieve ambitious export sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in European distribution channels
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients across the agriculture, equestrian, construction, and fabrication sectors
- Prepare persuasive presentations, negotiate favorable terms, and close high-value sales deals
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver on customer expectations and drive growth
- Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback
**Requirements**
- Proven track record in new business development, particularly in selling bulk-manufactured products into new distribution channels
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
