Your Role

As a Support Worker with Enable, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of the people we support. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized support plans, ensuring that each individual achieves their goals and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with the people we support, adapting your communication style to meet their individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that each person's support plan is implemented effectively, celebrating their successes and achievements.
  • Provide support with various aspects of personal care, moving and handling, and positive behavioral support, while promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring that you are equipped to provide the best possible support.
