As a Construction Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the execution of the engineering strategy and framework for this innovative project.
Key Responsibilities
In your role as a Construction Site Engineer , you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing GPS technology for precise site layout
- Overseeing the maintenance of surveying equipment, including keeping registers and testing protocols
- Interpreting and analyzing information from drawings, schedules, and specifications
- Creating as-built drawings and records for all project elements, ensuring timely completion of Quality Check Sheets and Handover Documentation
- Keeping detailed records, including a Daily Diary, photographs, and notes from site discussions
- Compiling an accurate daily log of resources, such as labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and productivity outputs.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:
- A BSc or HND in Civil Engineering or Construction
- Experience with NEC projects, particularly in Highways or Utilities
- Strong communication skills to convey the requirements of a safe working system
- A valid driving license and CSCS Card
- Familiarity with the Permit to Dig System
