Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pharmacy Technician to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and leading on all aspects of technical pharmacy services to ensure high-quality, innovative, and up-to-date pharmacy services that consistently meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pharmacy services to meet the needs of our clients
  • Manage workflow and lead a team of Pharmacy Technicians and Assistants to provide a seamless and efficient pharmacy service
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of pharmacy services
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of pharmacy services and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and implement best practices in our pharmacy services

Requirements:

  • Experience of dispensary and medicines procurement
  • ACT or MMT Qualification
  • Registration with GPhC
  • Experience of working within a hospital setting
  • Strong relationship building skills and team management
